Having worked for more than 10 years with some of New Zealand's leading one-to-one marketers including BNZ, Air New Zealand, Pacific Retail Finance, GE Money and SKY TV, Lou brings a wealth of strategic, data and segmentation skills to justONE.

Her experience gained at a number of this country's leading direct marketing agencies – Aim Proximity, WRC and 1- to-1 Direct – and some time client-side with TVNZ and the Auckland Festival, gives her an amazing breadth of knowledge to draw upon.

Lou is a well-known and highly respected member of the direct marketing industry, and has won numerous RSVP and Nexus awards including RSVP Grand Prix, Best Strategy, Best Use of Database, finalist in USDMA Echo's, Precision Marketing Awards UK, and is a regular RSVP judge.
